Mike Allen is the President and Founder of AMIKEA Company Inc., a people-centric consulting organization that serves and equips small businesses with the tools to effectively lead and manage.

A corporate leadership, management, and sales executive, Mike has over 33 years of experience working for two Fortune 50 companies in the insurance and medical distribution industries. Since 1989, his ambition and insatiable appetite for success have led him to several top leadership positions in management and sales. After spending five years as a small business owner himself, Mike quickly climbed the corporate ranks. In his final role serving Corporate America, he served as Business Consultant for 53 Independent Contract Agents, overseeing $150 million in sales annually. His affiliative leadership style has established him as a sought-after mentor. In his whole-hearted pursuit of excellence, Mike has earned top awards and accolades and received recognition from company presidents and senior-level executives.

Prior to his career in the business sector, Mike served active duty in the U.S. Army from 1982 to 1989 and in the reserves until 1997. In his role as Commander of an infantry company, Mike’s accomplishments garnered numerous commendations from top-ranking military officers, including Generals.

Mike is passionate about helping others realize their dreams and achieve their goals. He believes the key to maximizing potential entails much more than purely understanding one’s craft, so he guides clients to implement strategic courses of action that transform the marketing, human resource, training, and fiscal structure of their companies.

A man of fervent faith, altruism, and perseverance, Mike’s impact reaches well beyond successful workforce results. Mike is an enduring inspiration, motivation, and encouragement to all who know him.

Mike holds a BS in Business Administration from The Citadel, Charleston, SC, and received his Charter Leadership Fellow, CLF, from The American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. He has spent most of his life and career in the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest regions of the U.S. He enjoys the fine arts and supports artists, including painters and musicians, in their creative endeavors.
